I have been working with the owners of 5 Willdora Drive, Bundaberg since April — months before the property went to market.
For this unique acreage property, my role included researching the best agents in the area and identifying those genuinely achieving strong results, rather than simply doing high volumes of sales.
I also worked with the owners to coordinate cosmetic renovations and improvements to prepare the property for market.
Even the photography was strategic. We timed the shoot for when the lychee orchard was lush, green and looking its best, helping one of the property’s standout features make maximum impact online.
